Have attempted to fetch newer netboot image
(ftp://ftp.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/dapper/main/installer-i386/20051026ubuntu18/images/netboot)
but that image and initrd are identical in size to what is on the
Flight4 ISO. There is no later netboot image to try AFAICT.
