Please forgive the delay in response; The Dapper Flight 2 AMD64 LiveCD does
boot, but it needs some combination of nolapic noapic noacpi pci=routeirq,noacpi
and acpi=off on the kernel command line. (I was shotgun troubleshooting; It'll
take me a while to figure out exactly which of these is required and which isn't)

It does take 5-10sec to scan for drives; I don't know if that's normal or a
necessary evil.

The LiveCD is rebooting after it tries to start X at the moment, so I'm going to
try an installation to see if I can get that working; that's a different bug,
though.
