[Bug 51869] badram

Public bug reported:

this is more of a feature request than a bug (i hope this is the right
place for this kind of thing).  shouldn't we patch all the ubuntu
kernels w/ the badram patch? (http://rick.vanrein.org/linux/badram/).
It's a pain building my own kernel/modules every time just so that i can
use my slightly damaged ram.  it seems like this would also mesh well w/
ubuntu's goal of reaching out to the poorer countries in the world.
