[Bug 52323] Unusual shutdown problem

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.15-25-k7

I've got the following shutdown problem: Shutting down works, but only
"delayed". Before switching off, there is a short delay and I hear how
the hard disk shuts down, starts up again, shuts down and then the
computer is turned off. How can I track down the problem? (it also
exists with linux-image-2.6.15-23-k7)
