well, I got a smartbattery, and I tried with acpi_sbs and wth fixed DSDT
and with ec_burst=*, but I just can not get the ac -> battery -> ac
events on my acer tm4001lmi. I do a cat /proc/acpi/events, but there are
no events at all. I also know that it shoud be working, because it
worked before both with acpi_sbs and with a custom DSDT loaded by
initrd; though I stuck with the latter, because I got a lot of missed
keypresses and random keyboard repeats with acpi_sbs. I think also that
the load DSDT from initrd patch in ubuntu kernels is broken, because I
doooot get battery read with custom DSDT.
