[Bug 54168] System won't boot without noapic - need to specify boot option at install time

Public bug reported:

A newbie won't know why his system doesn't boot, since the system just
hangs at uncompressing the kernel.

A simple "noapic" in the grub config fixes the problem. This option
should be added to the grub config before the installation is completed.
