[Bug 34902] Averatec 3715-EH1 definitely fixed with above :)

Just to go on record and give a big thumbs-up to you guys, I'm posting
this via my wireless now. Running kernel 2.6.15-26-386. I added the
"irqpoll" to my boot menu and the "DisableIRQ" to my xorg.conf.

These were the only two steps necessary in order to get everything up
and running like a clockwork dream.
