AFAIK, the driver from Ralink cannot be configured to use WEP or WPA by
standard means (iwconfig etc). Instead, it's necessary to enter the key,
authentication mode etc to a text file in
/etc/Wireless/RT61STA/rt61sta.dat *before* loading the module.
Instrucions for this can be found in the driver's readme file,

I hope I'm not the only one who finds this a bit "unique"....
