I seem to be using 1.3.9 according to the about Amarok panel. dpkg -l
amarok lists the same thing:
ii amarok 1.3.9-0ubuntu4 versatile and
easy to use audio player for KDE
According to the ubuntu.org that is the latest version available. Does
kubuntu have a more recent version than ubuntu?

I'm using a IBM T21.

I'm not sure how to check to see what bios it is running. Do I have to
reboot to do that?
