I recently upgraded to 6.06 on an old machine of mine (an HP Vectra VL,
Celeron 466MHz on what I assume is an Intel 440BX board). The shutdown
worked perfectly under breezy, but regressed with dapper.

This machine does not use ipw2200 or nv for that matter. It does use an
Atheros wireless card, though.
