Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ndiswrapper-source

consequently the deb won't install. Looking at it with aptitude, aptitude agrees it isn't there. However I installed gcc 3.4 and gcc 4.0 just to make sure,yep no gcc present. So it may be a problem in your compilatons of gcc. I wouldn't know . I can't use kubuntu due to a missed error. IMO no internet, worthless.
Another huge waste of time tying to get it to run. Do you want to reproduce problem. You install it.
Not really a security issue.-If not on net, no problem. But maybe security person may fix it

** Affects: ndiswrapper (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: ndiswrapper (Ubuntu)
     Severity: Normal => Critical
