I've got a Thinkpad T22 here, and it fails to turn off in dapper after
the A/C adapter has been plugged or unplugged. If the laptop has been
turned on while plugged in, remains plugged in while on, and turned off
while plugged it, it will properly turn itself off. If at any time the
adapter is unplugged, regardless of whether or not it is plugged in
during shutdown, it will not turn itself off.
