Public bug reported:
It appears that minimally the ipw* firmware is currently distributed in
main.
http://www.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/licensing
Claims that all sofware in main/ is redistributable and including source
code.
However the ipw* firmware license to end users does not allow this.
