Additional info:

'acpi=off' - does work as I AM ABLE to Telnet into the box, but there is
absolutely NO GUI.  Unfortunate since I am running the Desktop and not
the Server version.

The video subsystem on the Shuttle ST20G5 is on board and is the "ATi
RADEON XPRESS 200" which I know caused issue with Breezy.  Perhaps that
is the problem.

This will work for me for now, as I mostly already Telnet into the box,
but I will need the GUI at some point.
