I seem to have the same problem with Ubuntu Dapper 6.06 AMD64 on an A8N-
SLI Premium + Areca 1220 controller.

Errors:
- invalid ELF headers
- general protection errors
- segmentation faults

files affected:  /lib/libm.so.6, /bin/cat, probably more ....
