I can confirm this, happens to me on linux-image-2.6.15-25-686 with my Logitech MX1000 (the Synaptics Touchpad keeps working though). Both mice work fine with linux-image-2.6.15-23-686. -- Mouse does not work after kernel upgrade to 2.6.15-25 https://launchpad.net/bugs/49996
