Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.15-25-686

I'm running kernel 2.6.15-25-686 on a ThinkPad x60s. When the system
boots (either after a full halt or hibernation) it hangs for approx.
2mins after displaying the line

  "Uncompressing Linux... Ok, booting the kernel"

Then I booted in recovery mode. Now there is more debugging output. (I
don't know in which file the messages below can found; hence, I copied
them from the screen so there might be some typos.)

Begin: Mounting root file system
Being: Running /scripts/local-top
..... some message omitted
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:1f.2[B] -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 201
=> HANG HERE

I did not have this problem with kernel linux-image-2.6.15-23-686.

This bug may be related to the problems reported by Alex Bligh in Bug
#35174.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.15 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
