[Bug 50820] VT8251 support

Public bug reported:

Im preparing a server with ubuntu 6.06 server edition.

I cant install it because it doesnt see the 2 sata2 drives ( Maxtor
DiamondMax ) that I  plugged in the master of both sata channel ( 4
ports, ASUS P5V800-MX ) It doesnt work in raid mode or sata mode ( in
bios ).

Kernels 2.6.16 and onwards have support, with patches at viaarena
forums, please deliver patched isos with kernels that have full support
for this controllers.

( Im trying to install on RAID0 setup via FakeRAID VIA BIOS, FreeBSD 6.1
works flawlessly with vt8251 and his raid, but I prefer Ubuntu because I
dont want to compile every time I have to update ports ).
