[Bug 50876] Fix for #33030 (VIA VT8251 SATA) needs update

Public bug reported:

The fix for bug 33030 (no SATA support for VIA VT8251), see
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.15/+bug/33030
needs to be redone. 

Reason: the old fix (use the VIA AHCI patch) doesn't work in the final
dapper kernel.

Solution: remove the old patch, use the VIA SATA patch.

I have attached patches with the solution to bug 33030.
