[Bug 51054] MS IntelliMouse Optical 1.1A USB stops responding

Public bug reported:

It sometimes stops responding. Killing X-server doesn't help but
modprobe -r uhci_hcd && modprobe uhci_hcd will fix it. Lsusb, logs and
everything seems to be OK when the mouse stops responding.
