[Bug 35635] Halts on Boot after Installation

Description:
After installing Kubuntu Flight 5 on my AMD1800XP with 512MB RAM, Nvidia
Graphics card, the boot starts with wjat appears to be opening the
kernal, the message boot appears then the system halts!  Help.  I can
install and run 5.10 fine!
