[Bug 35695] Please change sys/dev/cdrom/lock default to 0

Description:
Please change the default value of the dev.cdrom.lock sysctl from 1 to
0. This will prevent locking of CD-ROM trays, so that the eject button
actually works.

I verified that userspace handles this just fine. The device is not
formally unmounted, but this is just a cosmetical issue that is easy to
fix. But hal/gnome-vfs/shell/etc. work just right.
