[Bug 35795] Kernel hangs on Acer travelmate Laptops

Description:
Hi, kernel 2.6.15 hangs on many Acer Travelmate laptops. To stop this
you have to boot with the option "noapic" but on my laptop (travelmate
8104) it stops the wireless from working correctly.

This bug is fixed in kernel 2.6.16, but I've been informed this won't
make it into the dapper release so it would be very useful if the patch
could be included in the 2.6.15 kernel.
