Yes, I got the same error. I tried some mentioned techniques in the
other thread, regarding probing for disks, but have failed mknoding the
disk to the device list. However, I do get the same symptoms, which lead
me to think they are identical.

'scuse the poor descriptions, a bit of a Linux noob. Can I do anything
to clarify?
