I have Ubuntu 6.06 LTS beta (on dell inspiron 700m). Each time I do a
shutdown or reboot, I get this message, and the process freezes.

unregister_netdevice: waiting for eth0 to become free Usage count=1

(this message repeats but the usage count remains same)

eth0 is my wireless connection, I am using,
ipw2200: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200/2915 Network Driver, 1.1.1
uname -r
2.6.15-23-386
