[Bug 43062] AC97 sound crappy + headphone/master mixer interchanged

Public bug reported:

On my PC-Chips M811 boards with Via AC97 / Via 8235 onboard sound, the
sound is just crappy and distorted.

Yes, it is a cheap onboard soundcard, but it sounds OK in Windows XP.

Also, the "master"  mixer has no influence on the volume, but the
"headphone" mixer has. (Although the board has only 1 sound out...)
