[Bug 39036] Kernel panic by launching install-CD - Dapper 6 - AMD64

Kernel panic during install or "CD check" - AMD64 - Dapper flight 6

Here are the lines I could see. The middle part is missing just because I have no time to read/copy it.
Breezy works perfectly (install and then normal run); it shows the first "error" line mentionned here (Cannot allocate resource region 3 of device 0000:00:00.0) but then I noticed no trouble.

Hardware: Compaq Presario SR1703FR
AMD64 3200+
Motherboard : unknown
Hard drive in Serial ATA (WD 250 GB, I think)
