The text-mode install Ubuntu Dapper Drake (beta 02 or beta 7) 64-bit PC don't work on my computer with AMD 64 3200+. When I will install Dapper, my computer has been locking up with the code:

This thread is similary bug 32304 & bug 42909.
I can't running the Dapper installCD 64bit but it worked fine with the Breezy installCD 64bit.
Same error when I "dist-upgraded" my Breezy 64bit (2.6.12.16 amd64-k8) I can't booting on kernel 2.6.15.22 amd64-k8

My system is as follows:
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
motherboard : MSI Orion (MS-7168 Ver 0.A)
chipset: ATI RS480
ATI X300 SE HM RV370 SE
Seagate Alpine/Barracuda 7200.7 IDE 200gb
DVD+R9 NEC ND3530A DVD Drive
