[Bug 36340] usb-cdc-acm Poor EVDO Performance

Public bug reported:

Please include the usb-cdc-acm-ring-queue.patch from the kernel tree in
the dapper kernel.  This patch increases the performance of usb modems
(evdo cards) 4x to bring it on par with Windows.

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'linux-
image'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.
