Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I tried searching to see if someone already logged this bug, but I'm not
even 100% certain what the problem is...

I'll try to give as much info as possible but feel free to ask for extra
info if needed.

I have a 802.11G WAP at home, which runs WEP (I know, I know, its
insecure...). Occasionally I go to the local coffee shop and hop onto
there wide open, unencrypted, 802.11B network. I have connected to them
many a times using Dapper, however both Knot 3 and Edgy Beta cannot
connect to their WAP.

I tried to collect some information while I was just there. I will
attach that information as files.

Here is a summary of information:
* The wifi card I have is a Belkin which has an Atheros Chipset
* When I punch in there ESSID I can never "Associate" with the AP
* I _can_ attach to other APs
* Everytime I run '/etc/init.d/network stop' dhclient complains about releasing an IP to a DHCP server located @ 192.168.2.1... which just happens to the DHCP server at my house

** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
