[Bug 24974] Breezy fails to identify and load driver for CS-4236B audio chip

Public bug reported:

Crystal Audio CS-4236B-KO chip on the Dell GX1 motherboard is not seen/loaded by
Breezy.  System shows no audio card installed.  Unit works perfectly in W2K in
dual-boot mode with Breezy.
