[Bug 39600] VIA VT8237

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Breezy Badger and Dapper Drake does not seem to have support for
the VIA VT8237 chipset, which is a problem for people with Scaleo
T-computers from Fujitsu-Siemens.

I hope that can be solved so that I can install Ubuntu too...
