[Bug 38057] [dapper drake] sleep, hibernate - broken

Public bug reported:

I have a lenovo z60m laptop and on flight6 of dapper sleep and hibernate
functionalities are broke.

what is suspicious in logs is

eth1: NETDEV_TX_BUSY returned; driver should report queue full via
ieee_device->is_queue_full.

the ideea is that is go to sleep just fine but when it wake up it show a
messy screen of the computer frezee afte 15 second (the touchpad is
still working)

also the screen fades to white.
i used bouth ati and radeon drivers and it's the same

i have removed apmd package and it seems to works.
