[Bug 38425] Today's update blocked my screen

Hi

I just updated/ dist-upgraded my system (April 6th). The new kernel is
2.6.15.20 but doesn't allow my screen to start. I came back to the fall-
back 2.6.15.19, but same disappointment!

Actually the Usplash starts and works properly, but after a while
(turning to gdm I assume), the screen becomes white w/ horizontal black
stripes????

I'm stuck to this now, please help!!  Thx

PS: I sent that notification from another PC of course!
