[Bug 66941] Netgear WG111T kernel panic on Edgy beta

If i plug a Netgear WG111T usb wifi card in the usb port with
ndiswrapper-utils-1.8, athfmwdl and  netwg11t  installed the system i
get a kernel error (reported below), while it works ok in dapper.
