I have an Asrock K7S41GX/E/M/ASR mb and noticed this Problem too!
I'm moving to Simply Mepis 6.1 DVD because Ubuntu 5.10 and 6.06.1 both became totally unusable after the upgrades! 5.10 will not even boot, because of a manual fix EXT-3 Partition Problem, and if that should ever get fixed, Open Office freezes, on 3 Characters input in Writer. 6.06.1 the sound does not work, the video is very slow. No printer I have works anymore, even after Upgrades, and a Bug List upgrade that was supposed to fix the problem (Ante K.) Open GL does not work anymore. Ubuntu was very nice, to start with, but the upgrades made it "Real Bad!" Perhaps in six months I'll come back and see if these problems got fixed!
