It's only a duplicate if your circumstances match those in bug #45636
(laptop with SATA hard drive, probably Toshiba Satellite M20). If your
problem is different, please unmark the "duplicate" flag and give more
details. In any case, you might want to test Edgy and see if the
kernel panic is resolved.
