Looks like this bug is still existing in the 7.04 Beta (all editions).
My Hardware:
AMD64 4200+X2
4 GB (4x1GB) PC2-667 Dual Channel memory
2x 300 GB SATA2 Seagate drives
ASUS AM2-VM Mother board
