Setting the package to linux-source-2.6.15 given that the forums thread
indicates you're using Dapper.

I also have a MSI AM2 motherboard and had issues with it with older
kernels, it's likely this may already be fixed with the new kernels in
Edgy or Feisty, you might want to try that.
