[Bug 52734] halt -p reboots in stead of poweroff

When I choose shutdown from the menu, or >>sudo halt -p
the computer does not shutdown but reboots in stead.

I'm using Kubuntu Dapper 6.06 on an AMD64 pc,

2006 x86_64 GNU/Linux
