hello everyone
I have this same problem, same error message also, I tried installing about 5 times already
I know that my Hard Drive, Memory and CD Drive is working properly or atleast I think it is

I have a HP Laptop with 
AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-52 1.61 GHz Processor
and 2.00 GB of RAM, I'm pretty sure thats fast enough
