[Bug 133557] usplash could not run on Ubuntu UME flavored kernel

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-ume

When installed usplash package on Ubuntu UME flavored kernel, the usplash displayed a "RED" screen without any picture or text.
While the same usplash could run on Linux generic image (i386).
According to our investigation, we found the CONFIG_FB_VESA was not set by UME kernel, this could be the root cause for it.
