[Bug 45034] Hibernate does not work on LG LW40

Telling laptop to hibernate (logout...hibernate) screen blanks and then
powers down, but laptop does not power down. HDD activity light is
flashing the whole time, and screen turns back on and laptop finishes
'hibernate' as if in screensaver mode.

Updated to latest dapper packages as of 16-05-2006 1700gmt. System was a
fresh daily desktop image from about a month ago.
