Same with 2.6.22+ck1 kernel, starting system without GeForce card
inserted also spits out this error, but pointing at a different device.

The error I got:
PCI: Failed to allocate mem resource #6:20000 at fc000000 for 0000:01:00.0

the address points to my nvidia GF mx440 agp (x8) card
