slowayne, it appears that the modules for your card are not loading, and
the dmesg output confirms it, even though lspci shows that the card
exists.

Could you post the output of `cat /proc/interrupts` please?

jubile33, can you please confirm that you have the same symptoms? There
are many possible causes for "no sound", and if one is slightly
different, you have a different bug. Is your card an ALI15X3? Do you get
the same dmesg error?
