i find the solution 
uninstall drivers and ndisgtk load again
it didn't like wlan usb driver

ndiswrapper -v                            
ndiswrapper -l                             
sudo ndiswrapper -r name_driver

i installed the last version of ndiswrapper 1.47 and it work better
