[Bug 37739] Creative Labs Webcam Plus (Model PD0040) doesn't work out of the box

I have a Creative Labs Webcam Plus (Model PD0040). 
It doesn't work out of the box.

When under breezy, I got it to work by loading manually these modules:
- ovcamchip
- ov518
- ov518_decomp

and it worked almost fine.

Now I'm testing dapper, I have loaded the same modules, but in ekiga
people see everything green... I can see the same green if I look at
what I'm sending (local video) so I guess Ekiga's not the one to blame.
