Should be fixed in Feisty now.

- ndiswrapper-utils-1.1 got removed from the archives, as it does not
work (bug 92622)

- ndisgtk works with ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 now and depends on
ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 instead of ndiswrapper-utils-1.1 (bug 45909)

- the upgrade tool upgrades ndiswrapper-utils-1.8 to ndiswrapper-
utils-1.9
