[Bug 172375] Excessive boot time in Gutsy

You have been subscribed to a public bug:
I have a Durion desktop. On Feisty, it booted in 2 minutes. On Gutsy
upgrade, it takes 6+ minutes. Shown below is part of kern.log. t takes
about 30 seconds with no disk activity to get through each set of
messages from 'Exception Emask...frozen' to EH complete . I have no
idea what these messages mean. Can you you tell me their meaning? Also,
how can I reduce this 'freezing'?
