[Bug 144312] wireless connetion won't be alive on startup

(AMD Turion64x2 / 1GB ram / 120GB hdd / broadcom 3411 wlan
Ubuntu 7.10 tribe5


1. (xxxx...xxx) PCI : BIOS BUG (xxxxxxxxxx...) //This message comes on first screen.

2. Desktop screen halted occasionally for a few seconds and then fan
spins fast.

3. wireless connection not working  //I need to type "$sudo modprobe
ndiswrapper" after every logon

4. Following message shows up with beep often,
	kj at my-laptop:~$ 
	Message from syslogd at my-laptop at Mon Sep 24 07:33:17 2007 ...
	my-laptop kernel: [  218.136000] Disabling IRQ #7


Many people already has been complained about these kinds of problems on the HP's web.

I've been not still having any trouble while windowsXP booting-up on my HP dv6125es laptop,
but thing is different with (X)Ubuntu.
